Mission
To provide access to services and conduct activities to ensure that people with special needs and their families are empowered to make personal acceptable options, which lead to the greatest quality of life.
About Future Choices
Future Choices believes that every person has the right to make choices and control the decisions in their lives. This right to self-determination includes decisions about where to live, work, and all the other daily decisions most adults make without a second thought. Older adults and people with disabilities are unique individuals, and the help they may need is unique, as well. We provide access to services and conduct programs and activities to ensure people with disabilities and their families are empowered to make decisions that lead to the greatest level of independence.
These programs focus on ensuring that the preferences and the needs of older adults and people with disabilities are at the center of the system of services and supports that enable them to live the lives they want to live.

As a Center for Independent Living, Future Choices is a consumer-controlled, community-based, cross-disability, nonresidential, nonprofit agency. We promote the independent living philosophy: Individuals with disabilities should have the same civil rights, choices, options, and control over choices in their lives as do individuals without disabilities.
